Visited during the monsoon season and unfortunately had a very bad experience at this Domino’s outlet regarding cleanliness and hygiene. Right at the entrance, the ceiling-attached AC was leaking water, creating a messy and uncomfortable environment. The staff did not seem able to manage their work efficiently. The dustbin near the hand wash station was completely full, and a foul smell was spreading across the area. Small insects were moving on the tables, which were already dirty. Even after telling the staff 4–5 times to clean the table, no one came to do it. Hygiene was clearly not being maintained at all. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and definitely not what you expect from Domino’s standards. Date : 5th July 2025

I have had dinner at Domino’s Pizza, Trinity Business Hub, three times, but all three times I had a bad experience.

Totally burnt pizza, No option for complaints. No one can Care about it not answering,no email to complain. What you order what they deliver 😅 I think this pizz is made by West material or cancelled order pizza not fresh pizza Think wisely while ordering front trinity dominos outlate They serve you best pizza in whole surat 😅

I bought a garlic bread but ii is not baked properly from inside and outside It was very disappointing. Please take check it before serveing to customer.

Atmosphere is not good and toilet is very dirty also they are not giving quantity as per bill they are giving excuses that same order have different quantity in online and offline order 👎👎👎
