I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of food served at your Adajan outlet in Surat on today(11 april 2025). As a regular customer, I was quite surprised by the poor standard this time. The pizza I received was not up to the mark in terms of taste, texture, and overall presentation. I've attached a photo that shows the quality issue — as you can see, the crust was undercooked and the sauce was messy and unappealing. In addition to this, the waiting time at the outlet was unusually long, which added to the unsatisfactory experience. I request you to kindly look into the quality control measures at this outlet and ensure that such experiences are not repeated. I trust Domino’s for good food and service, and I hope to see improvements soon.

We didn't liked our pizza we ordered cheese burst but they don't add cheese properly . They also don't maintain stock it's just 10 pm and it is out of stock . Taste was not good at trinity adajan.
