The chicken pops tasted like burnt plastic and the staff said that it was the flavor of that... First time in my life I tasted plastic tasting like chicken. Lol

If you're roaming around Tezpur city and want some pizza then this is one of the only few options where you can get a good pizza. It is a pretty decent place, the food is...feasible, the staff doesn't interact too much, and hygiene is not mandatorily practised here.

Waiting time is excessively long and causes great inconvenience. Customer treatment is unsatisfactory and lacks basic courtesy. The air expeller installed at the front gate is extremely irritating and uncomfortable for customers. Cold drinks priced at ₹40 are being charged at ₹70, which appears unreasonable and unfair. Overall standards need significant improvement. There is a complete lack of care and concern for customers. The attitude seems to be “आओ तो वेलकम, जाओ तो भीड़ कम”, which reflects poor customer focus and indifference.
