I ordered a pizza from Domino’s and it was delivered on time. But a while later, I got a call from a girl claiming to be from Domino’s. She said their delivery boy had mistakenly delivered my order without OTP verification and asked me to share the OTP she would send. Soon after, I got a message. When I checked, I saw it was a Login OTP, not a delivery OTP. I told her this, but she kept insisting it was for delivery. When I refused, she changed her words and said it was actually for feedback. This clearly means she was trying to log into my Domino’s account from her own phone and submit feedback pretending to be me. Luckily, I noticed in time and didn’t share the OTP. I also have the full voice recording of the call. Domino’s should take this very seriously, because if I had shared the OTP, my account and payment details could have been misused.

Dirty floors and tables. The service was slow. Mainly catering for outside delivery. Felt unhygienic
