I am writing this review during my visit to the Domino’s Pizza outlet in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, on December 26, 2026, at approximately 2:55 PM. The experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable, falling far below the standards expected from a reputed brand like Domino’s. Upon arrival, we approached the billing counter and enquired about available offers for medium pizzas, which we regularly order. The staff informed us that a discount would be applicable only if we ordered two pizzas of the same type. I also specifically asked about online offers, and the staff clearly stated that no offers were available. Based on this information, we placed an order for two medium pizzas of the same variety. I explicitly instructed the staff to ensure adequate cheese and vegetable toppings, as this outlet has repeatedly served pizzas with almost no cheese and very minimal vegetables, an issue I have already highlighted earlier through reviews. After being seated, I personally checked the Domino’s online platform on my mobile phone and found that significant discounts were indeed available online, offering much better pricing than what we were charged offline. When I questioned the staff about this discrepancy, their response was rude and dismissive, stating that they were unaware of such offers. A discussion with the manager followed; however, his response was neither polite nor convincing, and no proper justification was provided. Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning, and the toilets were unhygienic and in poor condition. Only after I raised a complaint did the manager switch on the AC and assign someone to clean the restroom—clearly indicating a lack of routine maintenance and a lack of concern for customer comfort. When the pizzas were served, they once again had almost no cheese and very few vegetables, exactly as I had cautioned earlier. The quality was extremely poor and certainly not worth the price charged. Furthermore: • The drinking water filter was not working • Used pizza boxes were left on tables and scattered across the store • The overall environment was unclean and unhygienic, making it unsuitable for consuming food Given that I have visited many Domino’s outlets across India, I can confidently say that this is the worst Domino’s store I have experienced in terms of food quality, hygiene, staff behaviour, and transparency in billing. For verification, I have uploaded photographs clearly showing the condition of the water filter, store cleanliness, and overall hygiene. These images serve as proof of the issues mentioned above.

Very worst service. Ordered food 1 hour before still not delivered. This is not the first time happening in domino Thanjavur branch. Very worst service.
