"Dear Concerned Authority, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern about the poor quality of 'One Chilli Flakes' I purchased from your shop at 7:31 pm today. The product was stale, had a bad smell, and tasted terrible. After consuming it, my daughter experienced vomiting and stomach pain. When I complained to the female manager, she responded rudely, shouted, and showed no concern, saying 'wherever you go to complain, no problem for me.' I request you to take immediate necessary action against the shop and ensure better quality control. If not, I will be forced to approach the food corporation and take legal action.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Domino’s Pizza Thanjavur. This isn’t the first time my order has been delayed—it happens almost every single time. Today’s experience was no different: the delivery took over an hour, well past the promised time. It’s frustrating and unacceptable, especially from a brand that’s known for timely service. Please take this seriously and improve your delivery standards. I would also appreciate a proper explanation and compensation for the repeated inconvenience.
