Great place for some lovely pizza. Well maintained and clean. Staff Sarita was very supportive when we had to place an order for 40 people.She saw that it was delivered on time and pizzas served hot.

Pathetic Service 👌👌 During my visit, the restaurant was noticeably quiet, with only a few other customers. Despite this, I experienced a series of unacceptable service issues. I placed an order for dine-in, and was told that table service was unavailable and that I would need to collect my order from the counter. This was surprising, especially as I observed other customers, specifically those ordering Popeye Chicken, being served at their tables. After placing my order, I was not given a physical bill or receipt. Instead, I was informed that I would receive an SMS notification on my mobile phone when my order was ready. I waited for 15 minutes, but did not receive any message. Upon inquiring about my order, I was given a weak excuse for the lack of communication. It was clear that my order was ready and had been for some time. Given the lack of customers and the fact that I was within clear view of the staff, they could have easily called my name or come to my table to inform me. The staff seemed generally disengaged and idle. It felt as though they were deliberately delaying my order. I was left with the distinct impression that I was not welcome in the restaurant, possibly due to my perceived appearance or the small size of my order. This kind of discriminatory treatment is completely unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed with the level of service I received. The combination of the lack of table service (while others received it), the failure to provide a receipt, the lack of communication regarding my order, and the overall dismissive attitude of the staff created a very negative experience. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the issues raised. I would appreciate a response outlining what steps you will take to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

There is a huge change in the quality of this pizza. Indi Tandoori Paneer and Chicken Tikka pizza have been our favourite and we have been ordering these pizzas for couple of years now from different outlets across Thrissur, Kottayam and Idukki as we keep travelling. But the outlet in Thrissur East Fort gives the worst quality. They don't even add at least one Paneer/Chicken Tikka per slice. one has to literally search for it. There has to be a minimum quantity of Panner/Chicken Tikka per the size of the pizza. These people are simply cheating customers. Thrissur East fort is the Worst Dominos Outlet in all three districts we bought these pizzas from. Never buy.
