Very pathetic experience at Dominos Soba City mall Thrissur. We have placed an order T 8.08pm and waited till 8.40 pm. We asked many times about the order is ready or not and they keep on telling us within 5 minutes they will give. At 8.45 they told us they missed our order again we were supposed to wait. Their attitude was horrible and they told us will give the refund. Not even hygienic too. They mashed the cheese with bare hands and out it on top of pizzas, and other vegetables, chicken pieces etc.By seeing this we just forced to accept the refund. The person who were in the billing section not even know basic manners and customer service. They are not interested to take orders it seems. So it’s a request to all since we all love having pizzas but do double check specifically the hygiene and service when you drop on Dominos at Shobha city mall. Not safe.

I had the Cheese Volcano BBQ Pizza from Domino’s at Shobha City Mall, and it was a terrible experience. Soon after eating, I got loose motion. The food quality and hygiene seem very poor. Please avoid this place if you care about your health. Really disappointed and won’t be visiting again.
