Worst customer service. Not possible to reach the customer care and staffs are sleeping or ignoring the phone calls. Without delivering the order these people are updating that order is arrived within 30 minutes. All this 30 minutes guarantee is a DOMINO’S biggest scam . Worst place for online service and for offline never gonna try. 😑😑😑

I have ordered pizza online with the 30min guarantee which your app provides automatically, the deliver person has not even started from the store (he called me and told this to me, the audacity!) but the app says he has reached my location. Utter scam. Why give the 30min guarantee then? Worst service. On top of this when I raise an issue in the help section on the app it only gives the store contact number and there’s not even once the store guys have picked up my call. Very disappointing.

It is worst branch of dominos so far. I ordered a pizza and even after 1 hours 30 minutes it is not delivered. I paid in advance otherwise I would have cancelled and ordered from pizza hut.
