The core issue is the inconsistent quality: pizzas often arrive cold and late, failing the delivery promise. Toppings are visibly skimpy, and the cheese is sparse and tasteless, severely degrading the product's value. Considering the current overpriced menu, this lack of care is unacceptable. Furthermore, attempting to resolve errors—such as incorrect or missing items—is met with unresponsive customer service from both the local store and corporate channels. This widespread failure in quality control, product integrity, and support means the brand no longer justifies the cost.

Please stay away from this place - my sincere advise. Our whole family became sick after ordering pizza. When you reach their customer care to report this via email, they will forward you a template reply that they are improving. Truth is they will never learn!

Dining place were not clean. And food delivery was so delay. I think no sufficient manpower available.

Is this really a true Domino's franchise? If so, this is my most horrible pizza experience, first time in Trichy. My ignorance that I have not seen the recent critic reviews otherwise I would picked Pizza Hut. Why are they even replying to the reviews thought they are hurting customer sentiments continuously? May be they just want to show they have listening ears and that is not true . My order is delivered after 1 hour 30 minutes. The pizzas are very cold and unhygienic to eat with kids. This was a normal order through app and no updates after 30 minutes. Tried to connect to the store manager through app - never picked the call. Their app sucks where the order is stuck with 'Being ready' status. After repeated (10+) attempts there was a call from the delivery person that it will get ready soon after an hour. Got some insights from this shop's delivery man who conveyed that this store is not interested in taking delivering to customers and delivery people try to get the pending orders done for the sake of completion. Never heard this before. Is this a dubious franchise?
