Very poor service. The manager in the Cantonment branch does not seem to have customer service experience. I have been seeing him arguing with customers rising his voice. Not sure how such a brand is having managers like this. Very poor customer service in the Cantonment branch

In continuation to my experience in Pondicherry, same kind of hygiene and cleanliness issues are there in Dominos Trichy , contonment area. The staff were not using gloves for the making of the dough and preparation of pizza. When asked , they told me that , they are not using gloves since COVID. Reasoning that the plastic particles of the gloves are getting mixed in the food. I wonder that brands like dominos are unaware of food grade gloves to provide to the food handlers. Even when noted that “ No Mushrooms “ in one of our order , they’ve given us Pizza with Mushrooms, which some of our family is allergic to. They’ve changed it though. Untidy bathroom and unhygienic staff.

They don't deliver the complete orders , or new year eve they missed out garlic bread , I called and complained the delivery guy who said he'll call back in 5 mins but he never did. I've raised a complaint in the service portal. Food was bad, cold. Lava cake was old and not fresh they just reheated it. Pizza was cold.
