⚠️ Worst experience ever at Domino’s Pizza Tirunelveli! ⚠️ We went for dine-in at 10:15 PM, but the staff shamelessly refused service even though the official closing time is 11:00 PM. This is nothing but cheating customers with fake timings. My wife was very hungry, yet they showed zero respect, zero courtesy, and zero humanity. If you cannot serve till 11 PM, then stop misleading people. The staff and management here are lazy, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Such behavior is a black mark on the Domino’s brand. 👉 Strongly advising everyone: Don’t waste your time or energy at this useless outlet. Domino’s Tirunelveli = Pathetic service, arrogant staff, and customer harassment.

It is really frustrating and totally disappointing to see the service of the Domino's Pizza in Tirunelveli branch. On 23/8/2025 I placed a order in the app and it assured 30 min guarantee delivery and after 30 min, the app showed delivery has been completed within 29 minutes, but actually I received the pack after one hour 15 minutes and the pizza was also in frozen state, when contacted the delivery person the reply was immature and irresponsible.
