I have frequented Domino’s branches across the entire country, but this specific outlet is easily the worst I have ever encountered. We arrived around midnight while the restaurant was still clearly open. Despite other customers being seated and enjoying their meals, the staff treated us with zero respect. Instead of politely informing us about closing times or the transition to online-only orders, they were incredibly aggressive. We were literally shouted at and told to "get out." It was a humiliating experience to be thrown out while others were still dining. There is a way to communicate policy, and shouting at customers is not it. Against my better judgment, we placed an online order afterward. It was a complete waste of money. Cheese Burst Pizza: Arrived stone cold. The cheese hadn't even retained its texture. Stuffed Garlic Bread: This was like chewing on a piece of frozen cardboard. It was rock hard, cold, and clearly not fresh. The only thing that worked was the delivery timing, but what is the point of a fast delivery when the food is inedible? If you aren't prepared to host customers or maintain basic quality standards, you should just close this branch entirely. The management needs to seriously retrain this staff in both hospitality and basic pizza-making. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very bad experience – online order I ordered pizza from this outlet on 12 December, but my order was never delivered. Surprisingly, the app shows Delivered on 14 December which is completely incorrect. I also contacted the outlet by phone multiple times, but they did not respond properly and gave no clear update or solution. This kind of service is unacceptable. Please avoid ordering online from this outlet.

Slow service for dine in option. They took around 25 mins to give us our order. We visited late in the night around 10 pm. Maybe because of that, idk. Staff was good.

Very poor service. The store staff are not responding, and although they offer a 30-minute delivery guarantee, it has been over an hour and my order is still pending. The person who answered the call at the store was extremely rude to customers. If you can’t deliver within 30 minutes, why advertise a guarantee? Very disappointing experience with Domino’s.
