The world worst store I ever seen. If we ordered means we have to wait atleast 2-3 hours to get the food.and they it not refund the money also . Worst worst 💦

I had a very bad experience with Domino’s. My order was delayed far beyond (3 hours delay) the expected delivery time, and there was no proper update or communication from their side. The delay completely spoiled the experience.

DISGUSTING FAILURE: The Domino's Tirupur branch is utterly incompetent. My order took an unforgivable ONE AND A HALF HOURS (90 MINUTES) to arrive. During that time, the staff was so unprofessional they REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE when I called for an update. When the order finally showed up, it was cold and completely RUINED. The pizzas were SMASHED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER, the cheese was literally MISSING in spots, and the toppings were all dislodged. You delivered inedible trash 90 minutes late and ignored the customer. This is negligence. I demand a full refund. Do not order from this disgrace of a franchise.
