After a long time, did a dine in order at Dominos in Celebration Mall. Totally disappointed. Firstly, meal options were not available at the counter so I had to spend more for the same number of items compared to if I would have ordered online. Then there was no option to scan and pay via gpay. They said I can pay via link in text msg but the message never came. Finally paid in cash. When I got my order after over 20 mins, they served the pizza in an open cardboard box without lid. When I asked, they said that's how it is. The attitude of the lady at the counter was very casual. So, I realised the wiser option would have been to place an order online for takeaway. I would have paid lesser for the meal combo and would have received the pizza in the proper box still. Never ordering at their counter again.
