Pathetic Experience. I had gone to the restaurant for dine-in, I paid for my order 3 times through my UPI app, 2 failed transactions due to their internal server down and 1 successful transaction which also ended up as failed resulting in a reversal slip getting generated (Meaning, Money deducted but Domino's didn't receive it), They then told me to order via zomato and since they are handling the delivery, they can manage it without any issues. I proceeded to order via Zomato and paid through Amazon Pay. The food was absolutely unappealing look wise and tasted extremely bland, I was afraid of raising a complaint Directly at the outlet as there was a very rude & aggressive domino's employee, Who would raise his voice and misbehave, so I quietly ate and left, Please take action against the food quality and behaviour of the employee so that future customers are served better and the employee in question behaves properly the way humans are supposed to be dealt with instead of treating them like wild animals. I am not sure what was the name of the employee but on my Zomato App screen, it's showing as Pathan Mahir Khan delivered my order, he may or may not be the employee in question. Actually I picked up my order on my own from the counter after it was ready. I am yet to get the refund for the UPI Transaction for which Reversal Slip was generated.

Worst experience ever at thisDomino's Pizza | Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Shop No. GF - 1, Ground Floor, AG Chamber,, Narhari Hospital Circle, Near Sayaji Baug,, Fatehgunj, Vadodara, Gujarat 390002 outlet . I ordered a pizza worth ₹165 and paid through Google Pay, but the staff said the payment didn’t show in their system and forced me to pay again. They promised the first payment would be refunded in 7 days, but it’s been more than a month and still no refund. On top of that, the pizza itself was also bad — the base was not fresh, the taste was below average, and definitely not up to Domino’s standards. When I tried to follow up, the staff behaved rudely and didn’t help at all. Very unprofessional service, poor quality food, and no respect for customers. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone.
