I ordered from Domino’s PDR Mall, Varanasi through Zomato at 11:37 PM. After waiting for over two hours, there was still no delivery. Both the delivery partner and the store were unreachable — calls went unanswered or came as busy. Zomato’s app kept updating with “delivery delayed” messages and new estimated times, and finally showed the order as “delivered,” even though I never received any food. When I contacted the delivery partner, he confirmed that he never picked up the order and asked me to call the store. The store, however, remained completely unreachable. When I reached out to Zomato support, they immediately issued a refund without any attempt to investigate or take responsibility. This casual approach leaves customers helpless and hungry late at night, despite the platform collecting multiple extra charges (platform fee, delivery tip, donation, etc.). This experience reflects extremely poor service and zero accountability from both Domino’s PDR Mall, Varanasi and Zomato. A refund doesn’t fix the problem — ensuring timely service, communication, and ownership does. Domino’s needs to ensure its outlets maintain minimum service standards, especially for late-night orders.

Table not clear no hygiene follow, even no tissue paper, no disposable and no card accepted for payment. Overall experience was very bad, I came here for Dominos but it was not that one which I have tasted.
