More the days go by.. more lax the work is becoming from dominos end. Nothing ever is delivered in time.. there are significant delays. Delivery agents call randomly ask for otp saying 'there are multiple deliveries. Please tell us the otp. We will come and deliver'. They're late every single time. There have been instances where orders didn't even come. Horrible

I hav been facing issues over quality, service and more over cheap response from the management. This branch has very poor service and has no value for its customers. Please avoid from this branch

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with this Domino’s Vellore outlet. I waited for over an hour for my order, and when it finally arrived the pizza was dry, not hot at all, and felt stale. I called the store to raise the issue, but the staff were not at all apologetic or helpful. As a regular customer, I expect fresh food and at least basic courtesy when there’s a problem. This was very unprofessional and has left me completely dissatisfied.very bad customer care. Not visiting dominos again.
