The delivery is always late and the food is cold. The dine in is also not good though it doesn't take a lot of time for done in the food quality is still bad compared to other outlets.

Absolute worst experience ever! Don’t even think about ordering from this place. Sure, they’ll confirm your order right away, but forget about receiving it even after 24 hours you’ll still be left waiting. I am beyond furious with such pathetic, careless service. Don’t get fooled by those 4 and 5 star ratings they clearly rate themselves. And now it all makes sense why the food never gets delivered… because they’re probably eating it themselves. Disgusting!

Order is always late and the pizzas are very not edible and bad . No one lifts the call. They dont respond . Very bad would recommend to go to 1 a gate and get some food

If I could give -1 stars I would this absolute disaster deserves to gets it’s franchise license revoked. Food is consistently bad, orders are always late, whether you get delivery or dine in. I get that they are swamped with the orders of the college but they don’t even respond on their store number, customer service is also bad.
