I visited the Domino’s branch after traveling from Ramabhadrapuram, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. When I reached the outlet, the staff informed us that there were not enough employees available to take orders. When we requested to place our order at the counter, the staff argued with us and insisted that we place the order online, stating that they were not accepting offline orders. If I had to place the order online, there was no reason for me to travel all the way to the store. The staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, and there was no proper explanation or assistance provided. The biggest issue here seems to be poor management by Domino’s main branch. If this outlet does not have sufficient staff to handle customers, it should not be given a franchise. Customers should not suffer due to mismanagement and lack of responsibility.
