Wow Domino’s, what an amazing delivery service you have! 👏 I placed an order at 11 PM, hungry and alone at home, thinking at least a big brand like you can be trusted. But your rider proved me completely wrong. First, he calls me to ‘confirm’ my address even though I had already pinned it correctly. Then he proudly declares that my home is ‘out of range’ — and guess what? It was just ONE minute away from the pinned location. Seriously Domino’s? One minute is your ‘out of delivery zone’? 😂 Hats off! When I explained my situation — that it’s late at night and I’m alone so I can’t step outside — instead of showing a little humanity, the rider basically started hinting that he needs some ‘extra benefit’ to come forward. Oh, so now Domino’s riders also run their own commission business? Great innovation! Maybe you should officially add a new category in your app: “Pay Rider Bribe to Get Your Food” 🤦 And the best part? After wasting my time, he says, ‘let me check with my senior,’ and within 2 minutes cancels my order without even informing me. Bravo 👏👏. Hungry customer, late at night, order cancelled without consent — what a 5-star service experience! Domino’s, if this is what your brand has become — riders asking for commission, refusing to deliver for even a 1-minute distance, and canceling orders without consent — then congratulations, you are officially competing with the worst roadside service possible. If i could i wish to give them 0star review , yesterday we ordered pizza from them , delivery guy was going itself in wrong direction and blaming on us, he arrived 1 hour late and after that he started asking extra money without any reason, in actuall the order was prepaid. Very poor service and after that he starting shounting on me in the middle of night at 2am and he started abusing . Very poor service and rude staff. I never recommend anyone this zomato . Even though the pizza condition was also bad . We threw all pizza in bin.

The taste of their pizza is absolute trash. Compared to other restaurantsof their chain, the taste isn't good at all. We ordered a medium Farmhouse pizza with cheese burst and extra cheese, but the taste was really bad. In fact, it was a total disaster.

Worst taste ever... Prizes are so high.... But prize k acc taste b toh hona chahie....i paid 300 for regular farm pizaa which is too high but i got raw onion raw tomato tasteless pizza... Worst ever
