The delivery agent name is Ram Dhale who is very rude. **Zero Tracking & No Real Support:** The app showed no accurate tracking, and there was no option to contact the outlet directly. When I tried reaching out, I got **no meaningful assistance**. **Excuses Instead of Action:** The delivery executive casually mentioned that they didn’t have enough riders, which caused an extra 90 minutes delay beyond the estimated time. That’s unacceptable. **Cold Food & No Accountability:** After all the waiting, my order arrived **cold**, and Domino’s customer support offered nothing helpful—just generic responses and no resolution. **Pro Tip:** Never opt for prepaid. Always choose **Cash on Delivery** (COD). That way, if your order is severely delayed like mine, you can refuse it—just like their team refuses to take responsibility. The so-called “**30-minute delivery guarantee**” is **completely misleading**. Domino’s Yavatmal seriously needs to improve its operations and customer service. Until then, I won’t be ordering again—and I suggest you think twice before you do.
