I order margarita cheese burst pizza firstly there delivery boy called me and told me that he need a OTP for processing front clearly he took delivery OTP from me then after he delivered that pizza in 25 mins late that pizza was totally cold and freeze couldn’t eat that so i throw it in dust bin worst experience ever do not buy from yavatmal dominos always finding some problem in there delivery or in pizza

Disappointed with the delivery service. From last 2 days they are accepting my order but unable to deliver. Their number on dominos app is unreachable. After an hr of showing preparing your order the store calls if you want to cancel the order saying delivery person unavailable pathetic.. Please don't accept delivery orders if delivery service is not available.

Read this Review, Thank me later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OUTLET. 2 hours ho jayenge, order nahi aayega. Don't believe me? Go ahead and order it and regret it later. My order was delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes. After that I called customer service. I asked her to cancel my order and refund me but she was not able to help me so I asked her to transfer the call to her senior. Even her senior was trying to close the matter without providing me solution, saying we cannot cancel and that I should reject the delivery boy when he comes for delivery LOL. But I was very clear and told him also that if he cannot help, then transfer call to even his senior. That's when he called Store Manager Abhay Pandey and I asked him to cancel the order and issue a refund / OR tell them to give you the number of STORE MANAGER directly so that you can call him and pickup your pizza immediately (because delivery kab aayegi koi guarantee nahi). PRO TIP - Ask customer service for Store manager's number directly. Customer service ka banda koi kaam ka nahi hai.
