Hey I recently placed an zomato order from canada for my little sisters and the order never arrived which is quite disappointing, moreover the deliver person was so rude on call we called him many times but he didn’t picked the call plus i personally called him from canada and he was like “ap jo bhi ho merko kya call kato bye” and then just disconnected my call this was very disrespectful. Hope the owner will talk regarding this with the delivery driver. Thank you

Mr. Suresh should learn to maintain proper manners while communicating with customers. If he lacks a professional attitude, he should reconsider his place in the service industry. Instead of accepting his mistakes, he chose to misbehave with the customer. A humble apology would have been appreciated, but arrogance is completely unacceptable. I am truly disappointed with the service and will not recommend this outlet to anyone.

The worst dominoz ever they accept order and dont send and when they send i found a lizard in fhe pizza and notbing was done about it utter bullshit and toxic food

This is the very first time I am upset with my order to one of the reputed company, I have attached pics along with it so that I can have an idea about it for what exactly you have given. It has a foul smell and pungent taste. Kindly have a look into this . Thank you
