Staff is not at all responsive, the quality is very below level as campared to other branches. There is shortage of staff since theres no one at the counter to take orders. Other staff force customer to order online.

I mean there is no proper table for your consumers to sit comfortably and have pizza. There are not enough chairs to sit and the whole sofa is broken. Having a branch in Churchgate but gives feels of 0 star Restraurant.

Domino's pizzas taste great as always, but their service needs a boost. It takes forever to get your order, and the chairs are all wonky, making it tough for big groups to hang out. They seem short-staffed and the place could use a good clean-up. Ordering online is the way to go here. They need to step up their game to keep hungry customers happy. Still, you can count on their pizzas being delicious, just wish everything else matched up.

Staff is very rude and they didn't even help.. they only serve their fav. Customer. Don't treat their customers equally. The worst place to visit is better to get Vada pav from the nearby road side stall.
