Rude behaviour, very arrogant. The way she treated customer which was standing in front of me was absolutely not tolerable( the customer was Riksha driver and new to store and was asking basic questions to server but she behaved badly with him). Even she replied arrogantly to me when I asked what’s the total bill. This is not expected from such a good F&B brand. Minimum basic communication skills should be there to treat customer. The ambience n cleanliness of d dining area is pathetic and r always occupied. Better to order online only. But if u order on weekends then ur order will get delayed by almost 1-2 hrs. The staff can't handle huge crowd n orders during weekends.
