The staff should be taught how to talk gently with the customers... If they ask their queries they should attend them without being rude. My experience with the staff was very bad

Our experience was the worst; because there was a new offer, we asked the staff about the 99rs meal combo offer, and they told it wasn't available right now, but you could have the 125rs meal combo instead. After ordering the 125rs meal, we had to repeat it twice to clean and clear the table. Air conditioning was quite slow. The order included a Choco bomb, which was quite oily and had a thick chocolate filling. The staff is quite unfriendly.

Nisha diwakar from Domino's center main office .she was trying to connect the call and den she said me sight is not reachable how come sight is not reachable when u can easily call on phone what is issue but sight . I was telling her to connect the outlet of dahisar East and she gave me the reason . And the dahisar outlet is really worst low service , irresponsible staff, slow orders , lunch feast not available at 1:00pm the staff is telling me it's out of stock how come the pizza be out of our of stock it's not the clothes that u vll put it out of stock it's only the food u cannot keep it out of stock .....if u guys dnt have the best buy too keep the discount or offers on board dnt keep it the timing for the same .worst service

Worst outlet ever pizza is very dry has little to no cheese even after paying for a cheese burst very disappointed plus customer service is so slow employees are furious all the time would recommend borivali dominos outlet instead near francis college!

Big shock there is no washroom for customers....No provision for drinking water. Also very bad services like no one will come to the counter for taking orders. You will regret it once you order and wait to eat.
