Ordered for a veg loaded pizza and veg zingy parcel. Crust was good but veg loaded pizza was just loaded with huge chunks of tomato and jalapeno and few mushrooms.

Good place to have Dominos Pizza. Order and get your Pizza at the earliest. The location of this Dominos outlet is superb, right outside Borivali West metro station, opposite to Don Bosco school. Its next to McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Burger King.

No Google pay... We had to wait for half n hour...very poor service and no proper help

Day : Saturday Date : 23rd March 2024 Order type : prepaid order Location : Domino's Pizza , Nirman Heights, New Link Road, Opp. Don Bosco School, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400091. I ordered a Margarita pizza at 9:00 pm for my kid. The order was dispatched within 11 minutes as per the app, under track , the ordered food was seen dispatch and since food was not delivered I called the restaurant many times( 25 times ) they did not pick up the call . The location of the Domino's is 5 minutes away from our home. We received the order at 10:38 pm, the pizza was cold. I spoke with Jay ( employee ) but he wasn't talking properly and arguing with us. We returned the order and asked for a refund. Conclusion - very poor communication gap , poor decision making , not treating the customer well .

The service was terrible with the person over the counter took 10 mins to take my order. Told me to look into phone for menu and made me wait 10 mins to answer simple questions. The pizza was amazing. Tip : get your farmhouse pizza cheese burst
