I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. After placing the order on the app , that too with payment , the order was cancelled by the domino’s staff namely Mr Raja and Ms Keerthana just because of a missed call . Even they didn’t attend the call when I called back .Just because I was unavailable for a call doesn’t give them any authority to cancel the order . It’s high time that Dominos becomes customer friendly .I was made to wait for quite sometime even for the reorder . The concerned staff was not even bothered to answer or give the reason for delay , even though I went to collect the reorder after receiving the message that it was ready.Whoever wants to order online , kindly make sure you are glued to your phone and don’t even miss their call , otherwise you won’t get your pizza . Also don’t expect any convincing answers or response from the staff.

The last visit was an extremely poor experience for me at the Thudiyalur Dominos store. Upon noticing that the store personnel preparing the food were not wearing gloves nor caps, I asked them the reason. The lady responsible for the store rudely responded that those were norms only during Covid and does not apply now - which was ridiculous. Instead of acknowledging and asking the staff to adhere to hygienic practices, the staff was too arrogant and asked me to go and complain to whomever i wanted to. This behaviour was unacceptable and I have decided to never step into this store ever. If there was a negative rating, I would have given that.
