The food was ok but the ambience and seatings were so bad. The ACs were not working properly in this hot weather and one of them was leaking and flooding a table and floor. There were so many flies and the wash area looked like it was not cleaned for a week. Please improve these as many people are coming in for dine in

Atmosphere is not good.. AC water is leakaging. Floor is wet. Tables are not cleaned... Walls are dirty. Flys are flying at dinning area.. Really upset for this outlet.. Need to maintain hygiene... This one was very poor managed.. I visited many outlets but not like this..

They replied saying they are known for their pizza. Let me say why good service is important. We ordered a veg pizza of onion toppings, and received a non-veg one. Fortunately we aren't pure vegetarians, so we didn't make an issue out of it.
