They take too much time even though there are less orders. Take out was not good on my parcel, but I didn't complain to them. Since they said some stories when I asked about the delay. When they were not giving a proper reply to the delay, how can we expect good response with regard to problem in the food which was taken away.

It takes a long time to deliver or take order. Please increase the number of staff attest during peak timings. The tables too are not regularly/properly cleaned it has the droppings from the previous guests
