Ordered 2 pizzas at 1800 for delivery at 2030. Nothing was delivered till 2045… so called them again and again and again! Every time I was assured pizzas will be delivered in the next 5 to 7 mins. Ultimately 2 cold pizzas were delivered at 2150 , pepsi was not given, I forgot to ask about the pepsi, though I paid the full amount. The delivery boy was apologetic and said delay was because of Holi! If Dominos cannot handle festive rushes they should think twice or more before taking home delivery orders. Extremely disappointed; expected discounts or vouchers… nothing given! Not even the pepsi was delivered for which I paid! My order number was 104 , ordered Monday 25th March @1800.

Ordered for a friend in her office. Ordered 2x Pizza Mania, 1 Veg and 1 Non Veg (Sausage). Ordered via Domino's app. Both the pizzas were good! Very tasty and the toppings were of good taste.. Better than Ballygunge Domino's Pizza. Packing was good and delivery time was also within acceptable range.
