I've never faced such horrible service before. My pizza arrived more than one and half an hour later and it was delivered cold. What's more, my Pepsi didn't arrive with it. My order was prepaid. They haven't transferred my money back yet and are asking me to buy more from them to get a "free" Pepsi. It's been 4 days now and I can't believe what a shameless fraud Domino's is.

Very pathetic experience at Narendrapur Domino’s kept waiting at the counter for more than 15 minutes without taking any orders and the guy at the counter was busy doing something else . Poor service and staffs do not respect the customers there
