We had a pathetic experience yesterday evening when we visited this outlet with family. I know this review of mine might sound a bit awkward but this actually happened yesterday with us, even we felt very awkward and disrespectful, which forced us to leave the outlet without ordering anything. The woman staff who was taking orders at the cash counter refused to take my order despite taking orders from other customers without any genuine reason. These kind of staffs are destroying the reputed name of the dominos chain of restaurants. I would request the concerned departmental head to investigate the matter seriously. Please remember losing a single customer might not impact your monthly/annual turnover but bad reputation will surely do in the long run. Thank you.

Workers there they don't take orders...they ask customers to order via app or scan qr something like that which is very inconvenient for non techy person and senior citizens...very poor experience.....and workers also don't want to listen to the customer... they are like robot, check orders nd pack order....no cooperation with zero helping nature.
