Really very poor service at this location,staff added product without informing and she said it's will be complimentary and around 40 min I wait for order

Poorly maintained outlet with extremely pathetic ambience and unprofessional staff. It took 20 minutes to place order as person taking order was missing and subsequently POS machine malfunctioned. This outlet will only ensure that the brand value will diminish.

Extremely slow service. The lady at the counter took 5 business days to return to the counter and take the order. And another 3 business days to help make the transaction. The extra staff at the back just sat in the corner browsing social media. Wasted almost an hour and a half for my order.
