We have been waiting since ½ hour and more for the order , it is totally ridiculous and unfair , people who want to come here and who are hungry this is not the right place

The service is pathetic. Prathiksha here at the counter made us wait without even asking the kind of order we would like to place. Instead we were told to wait for 30 minutes and then place the order. Later,We weren’t informed about our order being ready and had to wait for some more time. On going back to the counter, the order placed was ready and on the service counter.

Not good , 😊 scope for improvement kind old vibe 😕 and no clean space ( tissue paper fallen on floor) . Some food is decent and some are not 🚫.
