Negative rating..... Pathetic service and followup by this outlet.. lack of client interaction, lack of service... If the order is taking time, it is the stores responsibility to inform the client and not the clients responsibility to followup...

1. Cancelled our delivery on their own 2. Poor service no sense of responsibility to inform the customer for their delay 3. No staffs were interested to attend our calls 4. Unsatisfied with the coordination with customer care 5. Bad behaviour of staffs 6. No solution provided After 1+ hr of placing the order and continuously trying to contact the staffs She told us to come and pick up the order. What's the point of online ordering? After so many attempts to call they shifted our order to sion branch without informing us This sion branch guy called up and after we asked him how it shifted he lied to us by telling we entered the wrong branch address He told us to cancel the order and hang up on us The staffs behavior is very pathetic and rude People are hired with zero manners and no responsibility. Please look in to this matter seriously

One of the worst pizza i have ever received. The pizza was burnt, cold and there was no cheese inside the crust even when i paid extra for it. It is truly unsatisfying to see how Dominos has been true to its name and falling every year like a domino. It like i am having cold piece of bread. Absolutely disgusted!!!!!!!!

Highly disappointed with this outlet of Dominos, 1. The washroom is not usable. 2. The outlet is not maintained well. 3. Felt like they are more focused on delivery and not dine in. 4. They don't provide ketchup or flakes and ask to pay for it. This was surprisingly only in this outlet.
