No one takes orders, and asks to order online at home. Such staff can lead to failure of stores.

I want to share my experience of ordering a dinner through Domino's App. Firstly, the food by the time it came was not even warm. Secondly, the pizza was a new kind of pizza i.e. keema paratha pizza which was too over cooked and almost like a papad. Lastly, they couldn't deliver my two ordered pizzas within 40 minutes although the distance of my residence and domino's outlet is less then 2 km, yet I got cold, not well prepared food and late also. Now, later I was given a reference id of my issue which no one contacted me for over a day. Today, I dispatched a mail to there customer care id it was replied as my mail has been blocked. We in out country have many options for buying pizza hereinafter I will refrain from ordering from Domino's forever.

Worst service worst taste no professionism don't know how to talk to customer very disrespectful they should close this chain or need to hire more professional employee don't go there
