Their AC is not working since ages. Still they don’t have the courtesy to repair it They just don’t care about the customers at all .

I wish I could give negative rating for this pathetic store. AC not working properly. Card Payment not accepting (Their Card Machine was not working and they had no charger). Food Quality below par. Service not good at all. Had to wait for more than 45 mins for a very small order.

Just sheer waste of Money! I visited this outlet along with my family and this was our second visit. Earlier the service and food quality was okay. But this time we were very disappointed. The AC was not working and the staff don't care about you. Ketchup was not available on table, they charge Rs. 2 for ketchup. Overall, our more than 1K got wasted, the quality of Pizza was not upto the mark. We ordered cheese burst pizzas but very little amount of cheeses was used in pizzas. They use a lot of Mayonnaise instead of Cheese. Just think twice before going or ordering pizza from this outlet.

3rd class service…. worst I every imagine it’s soo suffocating here after requesting 2-3 time to switch on the AC they said bill bohot aata hai…. A/c is not working they are not placing order properly they don’t have sauce,tissue and oregano and chilli flake. Worst experience
