No option to give a zero rating because that is what they deserve. It is a very shady looking dominos outlet. The place is so untidy. To top it, the staff is super rude and simply not bothered about customers. This is the second time that i faced a behavioral issue with the staff here. The first time around they never took the order saying that they would take a lot of time to deliver. This time knowing this. I decided to go for pick up service and ordered it online. It was 10 pm and as my order was being prepared, the staff started stacking all the chairs. I requested the staff to keep one table free for me. My request was ignored and the staff switched off the lights. I asked the staff at the counter why was this done since the outlet is open till 11pm. And asked if he expects me to sit on the street and have it. He laughed and said we only take delivery orders after 9pm. I also threatened to give a feedback about this to which he said you can do whatever you want. Such unprofessional behaviour from all the staff is not acceptable. Would request dominos to take some action. The pictures of the staff involved are uploaded along with this review.
