I want to give minus star but not posible .Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience at Domino’s Pizza, 4D Square Mall, Motera. I ordered a 6-in-1 Big Pizza and made the payment online via upi with SBI. The amount was successfully deducted from my friend's bank account, but the staff claimed that their server was down and the payment was not received. Even after clearly showing them the bank deduction proof, the staff tried to mislead us. Instead of returning our money, they insisted on canceling the order and giving a Domino’s app voucher, which we never agreed to. It felt like an attempt to confuse the customer and avoid a proper refund. After arguing, they finally prepared the pizza, but the quality was extremely poor — cold, badly prepared, and not worth the price at all. On top of that, the manager’s behavior was very unprofessional and careless. No customer empathy, no proper explanation, and no responsibility taken. Overall, third-class service, poor food quality, and horrible management. This outlet seriously needs better staff training and ethical practices. I will not recommend this branch to anyone.

Worst experience ever. Service was extremely slow and careless, and the food was terrible. Completely tasteless and not fresh at all. Total waste of money. Will never order again.
