I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. The offline ordering system is extremely slow and poorly managed. Staff members seemed uninterested in helping customers and their behaviour was unprofessional, showing no courtesy or willingness to listen. Customers expect good service along with food — but here, both the service quality and the customer care attitude were unacceptable. Definitely not the standard one would expect from a reputed brand like Domino’s.

pathetic customer response, the store keeper Kinjal is so rude and not helpful at all Had placed an online order an hour ago but no confirmation from the store, had to go to the nearest store physically and they asked me to wait for another 30min for the order and told me to place a fresh order and wait further. This is not kind of experience you pay for Further the online customer service is useless nobody answers it

Very pathetic, nobody listen to your query. Ordered something and delivered cheap quality food without stuffing, burnt food. Not expected from dominos. Will Never order again
