I usually order pizza from Domino’s and have always had a good experience. However, my recent order from the Domino’s outlet in Akola was extremely disappointing. The pizza was of very poor quality, making it the worst I have ever had. I request you to look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better quality and service. Looking forward to your response.

Today, i ordered a pizza from Swiggy. I like Domino’s Pizza. The Domino’s team didn’t disappoint me at all when it came to the pizza—it was extremely tasty. The problem I faced was because of the delivery boy. While placing the order, I had to enter my address using GPS search, but I couldn’t do it properly because my address wasn’t showing up on GPS. That’s why I manually added a detailed address separately in the notes so the delivery boy wouldn’t have trouble finding my house. Even after doing all this, he yelled at me. My order was prepaid, so I believe I deserved at least some respect. But instead, the delivery boy was getting angry at me. I apologized and even explained that I had provided a detailed address, but he just wouldn’t listen.
