They always show that the store is offline whenever I want to place an order for home delivery. The helpline number only states one thing that please try again after 10-15 mins or to pick up the order from the store. If it was possible for me to visit the store why would I opt for home delivery?? When the problem is not resolved they stop taking your calls. This clearly shows no sincerity towards customers experience. Have been experiencing this problem since a long time and it is still unresolved.
