The team I dealt with was incredibly frustrating. I’m currently at CV Raman Nagar and placed an order through Zomato (Order #70), directed to the CV Raman Nagar branch. The Domino’s team called after 20 minutes, accusing me of ordering from the wrong branch, even though Zomato automatically selected the closest one. They kept insisting I cancel and reorder, but I was concerned that the same issue could happen again. After waiting 30 minutes, they still repeated the same illogical statements. I’ve attached screenshots showing I ordered from the correct location. The lady on the call didn’t handle the situation well and kept repeating the same things. To make matters worse, now all nearby branches have turned off their delivery services. You've just taken away a meal that could’ve been delivered. I hope you sleep well at night knowing that.
