Staff makes fake promises. In past, when I had celebratory pizza treats from Dominoes, I have also tipped the delivery person. But today you just lost me. I ordered delivery from the app, was waiting since 40 mins near the door step arrival time decreased to 41 secs and the delivery person didn't check the location address handed over delivery to address opposite. I requested for redelivery of same order made excuse the delivery is cold, store manager gave his number on which he cannot be reached out for redressal. Writing this after waiting for 2 hours in total. Order status is cancelled and there is no track if my delivery is sent out or refund is initiated. I'm out of dominoes this is second time and I have zero trust on them.

I am super surprised to see some negative reviews, i dont trust them and will request others also to not trust them. I work in Bagmane tech park and I am a regular customer to this outlet of Dominos. It is a very well maintained and customer friendly outlet. I see some comments about the staff which i ABSOLUTELY dis-agree! For instance, during my recent visit (4 March'2024), i was attended by Pushpa who was very polite and helpful. She helped us make right choice, helped with minor customization on request and served order quick and high quality. Come on!! what else do you want.. I love the place and the staff is great.. especially Pushpa!! This is NOT a influenced feedback and i feel some of the other feedbacks are just mood swings or unreasonable demands. Thanks you and keep going - Domino's Bagmane outlet!!

The worst experience i have ever had while ordering food. They ask you to scan qr code. You are forced to download their app of 30 mb when mobile internet is not great. Why can't you just take order like the good old days? Unresponsive staff.
