I had a disappointing experience at your BCIT Bangalore outlet. I ordered “Grilled Wings – Lemon Pepper” after seeing an advertisement displaying both the wings and a dip for ₹169. However, I was given only the wings, and when I checked the bill, I noticed I had been charged for a dip I didn’t receive—apparently from someone else’s bill. When I questioned this, the crew member responded rudely, saying, “If you want to buy from here, don’t argue with me.” This is the second time I’ve encountered such unprofessional behavior at this outlet. I request that this matter be looked into seriously. Misleading advertisements and disrespectful staff are unacceptable, especially in a workplace cafeteria.

Really bad service. My order came in 70 mins. Delivery boy’s number was not available and even customer care was not able to reach restaurant number. I haven’t seen such a bad quality Dominos restaurant.

Food is good but problem is as we don't belong to bcit tech park so they dint allowed us in. In entire Bharatiya city mall no Domino's.
