Late Pizza and Service Issues I placed an order for pizza at approximately 9:30 PM, but it was not delivered until around 12 AM. I attempted to reach out to customer support, but my attempts were unsuccessful. Moreover, the store's contact number, which was provided for customer inquiries, turned out to be invalid. This raises concerns about the quality of service being offered. If the volume of orders is overwhelming and the delivery times cannot be met, it would be better not to accept more orders, especially when customers are hungry and eagerly waiting for their food. One of the reasons I choose Domino's is their advertised 20-minute delivery policy, but this policy appears to be ineffective, as I consistently receive cold pizza after a delay of 2 to 3 hours. Additionally, there seems to be no cancellation policy in place, and this recurring issue is specific to this particular outlet. I have experienced this problem on two separate occasions, and there is no option for a refund or resolution; instead, customers are asked to cooperate, which can be extremely frustrating.

Pathetic! Absolutely distasteful. They take orders and never deliver them. The order is usually wrong. If you live anywhere near the store, I suggest you switch to someplace else. PS: I am writing this while trying to reach the restaurant for a order that was placed an hour and a half ago. Thank Me Later.

Worst outlet of Dominos. This outlet always provides pizza not hot one it's just cold iced pizza. Staff are very worst if we provide right address unable to reach location and not serve food on time....Hope this outlet don't know what is food industry vision. Dominos make sure don't give fake advertising like on time hot pizza will be delivered. Minimum order time they will take is 45 min or more than that but on apps they show within 20 mins will be delivered. Pizza if we ordered cheese burst paying so much money then also it taste normal pan toasted pizza. Do not order anything from this outlet just waste of money. Staffs are more worst than food.
