Very rude. I clearly mentioned that I need a coke with the order. Now the service person MADHU is denying that I haven’t ordered. Please look at the CC TV recording. The employee satisfaction is going down the drain day by day. Pleased look into this. Pathetic service for a premium location.

This Domino’s outlet in Bangalore is highly disappointing. The staff, food quality, and delivery service are consistently poor. Orders are frequently canceled by the store, and when delivered, they often arrive after an hour. The store manager, Madhur, lacks professionalism and is rude to customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and believe it should be shut down.

I have ordered at 9:30 and it has not been delivered yet. Customer support person is not able to connect to store manager. Store is the worst possible store in dominoz chain. Somehow i got number of store manager and after 3 hrs of wait he has cancelled and refunded order as that will solve the problem.
