Bad experience with the delivery person and the store person. Received a damaged product. Upon calling the store, there was no proper response, and the delivery person's behavior was horrible. They took 1 hour to deliver the butterscotch cake, and it was damaged. Customer service is horrible

The rice in the rice chicken bowl or wtever was clearly uncooked… bro did u people just give me soaked rice???? Wth …. People please do not ignore the deliveries… we do pay the same price right? Everytime the delivery comes with a problem like this…

I placed Order #121 on 4th Nov 2025 at 7:31 PM from Donnie’s Pizza. The pizza received was uncooked, chewy, and pasty — not fit to eat, especially since it was meant for my 8-year-old kid. This was extremely disappointing and unsafe to serve to a child. Please look into this matter seriously and ensure better quality control before dispatching orders. I have also attached a photo showing the uncooked pizza for your reference. Kindly review this and take appropriate action

Worst dominos outlet. I have ordered two pizzas from zomato. The moment I opened the pizza box the pizza was not properly baked and very less cheese. When I complained to the outlet manger. He was arguing that Pizza always comes with less cheese worst mangement and also worst support from dominos .
