I had one of the worst experiences with Domino’s yesterday, and I feel compelled to express just how unacceptable and unprofessional your service has become. I had placed an order via Swiggy, clearly specifying both vegetarian and non-vegetarian pizzas. Shockingly, a non-vegetarian pizza was delivered instead of the vegetarian one. As someone who strictly avoids non-veg food, this was not just a mistake—it was highly disrespectful. I immediately raised a complaint with Swiggy, who in turn contacted Domino’s. I received a call from the restaurant manager, Chandan, who displayed a shockingly casual attitude toward the issue. Not once did he apologize or show any genuine concern. His response was dismissive and careless, completely lacking basic customer service ethics. When offered a replacement, I declined because after such an unpleasant experience, I had no desire to continue with Domino’s. I asked for a refund, and was told it would be processed in 24 hours. It's now been over 24 hours—no refund, no communication. Instead, I received an SMS for reward points, which is both insulting and irrelevant to the issue. I will never order from Domino’s again, so keep your points—I want my refund. To make matters worse, Chandan lied to me. He claimed he was calling from his own number, but the number actually belonged to a delivery person named Sudeep. This person kept falsely claiming he was “outside” and would call me in 10 minutes, repeatedly wasting my time. As if that wasn't enough, after the call (which he assumed had ended), Chandan was audibly heard joking and mocking the situation with his team, encouraging the delivery guy and treating the whole incident as a joke. This level of immaturity and lack of empathy is appalling—especially coming from someone in a managerial position at a reputed brand like Domino’s. The real issue isn’t just the incorrect delivery—mistakes happen. But the utter lack of accountability, unprofessionalism, and mockery of a genuine complaint is unacceptable. It reflects horribly on your brand. Your staff not only failed in fulfilling a basic order correctly but made it worse by treating it as a laughing matter. Now, when I ask for my refund, I’m told it’s only possible via a wallet link—which is non-functional. If this was the case, why wasn’t it clearly communicated earlier? Why was I misled? Domino’s, you’ve not only lost a loyal customer, but you’ve also seriously damaged your reputation through this incident. I demand immediate action and a proper resolution, not automated replies, false promises, or vague wallet links. Handle this seriously—or be ready to face further escalation
