First , the customer service was very poor. we had lunch in the resturant. I , The Pizza was very chilly ,althought i told her before ordering that we do not need chilly food.and I told her that i will pay more.

Very worst outlet.... almost waited for 10 mins just to place an order....when questioned about the same...the staff (srinivas)( I guess)answered back in a rude way and gave back a look in a rude way.....very worst outlet ever visited.....moreover the atmosphere was lil hot.......think so they have not switched on the ac.....one more thing I observed is a customer next to me ordered a garlic bread but they denied him saying in system it is not showing so we cannot bill.....but online order we accept.....dunno what logic.....worst to the core you people are

Ordered pizzas but the card swipe machine wasn’t working because the battery had died. Had to wait over 20 minutes just to pay — absolutely pathetic service. The staff looked unwell and the store manager was completely careless and unprofessional. Disappointing experience overall.
