This is the worst customer support ever I have seen. I have ordered the Pizza on 10.10.2025 around 09.14 PM at my order number is #222, after 20 Min I have received a call from them that order will be little pit delay due to rain and I said ok but after 10.10 PM I have not received any responce from their end when I contacted to shop keeper he replayed rudely and as soon as I tell him the order number he said "Shell I cancel it?" And he also replyed "if you want the parcel come and pick" he replyed and He cutted the call if I need to pick the parcel why I have been ordered online. when I tried to contact them it was not rechable. I was so hungry that I was waiting for the order from past 1 hour... If I check in the order status it was displayed as Failed even I have not cancel the order. Today night I am sleeping hungerly this is due to worst support of Dominos....this is how they treat customers??? This will effect to Domino's name. I have posted a attachment below 👇 for your reference. Today I have learnt a leassion that if I am hungry and its raining do not order in dominos pizza.

The staff acts like they are doing a favour by serving you. No one cares about the customers. The place is heavily understaffed for the large college crowd that comes here for lunch and snacks. The lady taking the order is extremely slow and unfocused. Big disappointment for an establishment as large as Domino’s.

Looks like staff is doing favour by serving you. They hate to take your food request. Standing at the counter and they are watching mobile and not bothered to place food requests. table not cleaning. not responding on there staff.

The food was appalling I came here with my mates, hungry and these clowns took the absolute piss. Firstly the order was delayed by around 45 minutes, the food was crap, and that is understatement never coming here again thank you Dominos
