Poor customer service. Food is not prepared even after placing the order. After 30 minutes of follow-up they started preparation.

When we took cheese burst..no cheese was flowing out..it's was like normal gummy one..garlic bread was not baked properly when asked..they said it will be like this..only it was sticky..worst..waste of money..attitude of staff was too bad..in attending compliant.. when they re-baked the garlic bread..it's was become rusk..which was wasted.

I would have ideally given a 3 start if it weren’t for the lady behind the counter who took my order today , she was very sweet and explained to me about the bill and gave me full clarity to my queries on the bill , order was placed I was told to come in 15 min, and which i did , and however I was informed to wait for another 10 min by the guy who gives the delivery citing the cooks or so had placed some pizzas in the oven prior to my order(though my order was placed before ), this got me waiting additional 10 minutes , didn’t budge from the counter fearing again some goof up could happen The food overall was good , but the back end chef or the guys who make the food really need to up their game
