I had a disappointing experience at this outlet. Firstly, they refused to accept orders through the Domino’s app, which was quite surprising. When placing the order at the counter, I was told they didn’t have the regular pizza base (not sure if it’s the “hand-tossed” one), and I was only given options like pan crust or cheese burst, both of which come with an extra charge (₹30+). This felt unfair, as there was no basic option available. To add to that, even ketchup sachets were chargeable, which was unexpected given the total bill. I had ordered 2 pizzas and 1 garlic bread, and it cost me almost as much as what I usually pay for 3 pizzas and garlic bread at other Domino’s outlets. Overall, it didn’t feel value for money, and I hope they improve transparency and availability of standard options.
