I had placed an order through Zomato, today. Since the gas in the whole area was off, they couldn't make and deliver my order through the Borivali West branch and transferred it to the Dahisar branch. They did not intimate me about the delay and the phone number of the borivali branch was also switched off. Only after calling the toll free number, getting the number of the delivery agent, and calling them did I get these details and he told me that it would take another 20 mins to get the order. I registered a complaint at the toll free number and the automated voice assistant said someone will get back to me in 24 hours. They still haven't even changed the status of the restaurant to closed on Google maps. It was changed on Zomato after my order was placed. The service has been abysmal and I am never ordering from here again.

3rd class service. Rather then no service. Worst atmosphere. Sort n spicy food. Never go to this dominos. No spice n ketchup available. Chargeable ketchup sache of with double charges.

Pathetic take away service by dominos. I had ordered a garlic bread with cheesy dip and they gave me a burger pizza that tasted horrible. I couldn't think of making a such a mishap by them. Absolutely ruined my dinner. They didn't even check what they are giving. I reached home and opened the box to see the incorrect item. We can't even contact them as they have no landline connection and can't complain on the app as I ordered it from the outlet and took the order home.
