I really had a bad experience, i had order from this dominos to my office which is hardly 8-10 mins away from this dominos shop and the delivery offered 30 mins delivery but still my order was beyond 30 mins and the delivery guy marked the order as delivered at 28th min and then call me asking "sir kahape aana hai" where as my office is at a reputed easily accessible location and then when i called the store regarding the issue the store promised me the refund still none refund was given or any other support was provided. This review is not about the refund but the mood kill where in hunger expecting food at a particular time soo to satisfy your craving but even after this behavior no apologies were given and still when called at the store the attitude was "aachaa late hua kya chalo aapka refund kar deta hu sir" i swear that is my last order at dominos be it any pan india but done with the attitude dominos has to give.

Worst service ever!!!!! I order pizza and garlic bread through Dominos app,One of the worst part was delivery person Mr. Pankaj Kumar he marked Arrived in app before reaching 12 mins after mentioning full and proper address in app he didn't use map,he was like sorry galti hua n all, this is not the professionalism from Domino's bcz of delivery person I received cold and dry pizza and garlic bread

Unhygienic. Difference in rate on display and on the app. Their order machine, card machine doesn't work. Idk why they allow dine in. But it is very unhygienic would not and recommend not to order from here.

Absolutely pathetic experience at Dominos Borivali near the metro station. The staff is incredibly lazy and there is no one to attend orders. They just ignore you. The staff is rude and the outlet is totally unclean. It feels exactly like a dirty highway side hotel. I am extremely angry and dissatisfied with this service. Worst experience ever. Unfortunately I Can't give a 0 star rating. There is no provision here.
