I ordered two pizzas along with a Chocolava gift hamper (containing four Chocolava) via Swiggy from Domino’s, Sai baba Colony branch. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the food was very disappointing. The pizzas did not meet Domino’s usual standards, and the Chocolava was not cooked properly—the inside was undercooked and not enjoyable at all. Considering this was part of a gift hamper, the poor quality was especially disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control, especially for items meant to be served as desserts or gifts. Customers expect much better consistency from a brand like Domino’s.
