I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Domino's outlet located at [Lalbagh, Tower] on [10/08/25] at approximately [7:30 PM]. The behavior of your staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. They were rude and showed a complete lack of respect for customers. This kind of experience is very disappointing and does not align with the standard of service I expect from your brand. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to improve your staff's conduct and ensure that no other customer has to go through a similar experience. I am writing this regarding the service I received at the Domino's outlet in Lalbagh, Tower, on August 10, 2025, at 7:30 PM. The conduct of your staff, specifically Monu Kumar Das, who was receiving orders, was highly unprofessional and rude. This disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and falls far short of the customer service standards I never expect from your company.
