not gonna give any review First thing they placed the order and then cancelled it saying it cannot be done, after waiting for half an hour they say ma'am the order cannot be done because the phone was not charged that is why they could not inform me, will I hear all this now, like really? this is very disappointing

Very bad service, very rude staff, i ordered a pizza through their app for takeaway, and they confirmed my order, when I reach their upon receiving the message that my order is ready, the staff there said that they have cancelled my order and my order is not ready, when i asked them why did they confirmed my order then , one of their staff member start shouting and said i was eating lunch so I forgot to cancel your order and, that's why your order is not ready, I said atleast u should have cancelled so that I could have known that I my order is not ready and I would have ordered something else as that was my lunch time, and still she kept shouting and misbehaving, and when I said i will file a complaint she said go ahead i am the one who will close that complaint so it doesn't matter. This means there is no one we can complain to, there service and staff are so bad, and rude. All of the staff ganged up. They were not ready to accept their mistake. When I asked her name she kept saying nothing will happen even if u knew my name. So I will not tell u. So rude
