Domino’s Pizza has always been my go-to pizza but recently , they have been providing very disappointing customer service . The food’s still tasty though . I ordered lunch from this outlet , through the official Domino’s Pizza app and have been waiting for the delivery person to show up , for more than an hour . This isn’t the first time I’ve recieved such poor service , by the way . Also , I recieved an SMS from Domino’s in which they sent an OTP which is to be ‘ provided to the delivery executive at the time of delivery ’ but a while later , recieved a call from (apparently) the outlet through which they asked for the OTP . It’s the first time they have done this . Is this some new rule ? Is the OTP really sent to confirm the delivery ? Is giving away the OTP safe ?

Pizza is too good.. I ordered 5 feast chicken pizza.. this cost me 1030. I ordered this through swiggy.. delivery within 30mins.. pizza with 5 different types of chicken toppings.. bread is too soft.. sauce is little bit spicy.. we had this for dinner.. we enjoyed this pizza very much.

Twice it has happened. They delay the order, forcefully ask to share the OTP and then mark the delivery as complete. Then they deliver it in hours. This woman RINKU, she intentionally does all this I feel. Even after late delivery, they delivered wrong order. They decline to do it a free order and says we don’t have such terms and conditions at our store. Instead they want to share points on the app wallet. It’s not about getting a free pizza. But about all the false words that they constantly speak. It happened twice. Same thing. I don’t even claim for free pizza but again and again same issue???? Never going to order and recommend anyone to not either.
