It's somewhat good when you dine in because you can speak out of the order or quality of food is not as expected but it's a nightmare to order in..Got a stale,cold pizza with no cheese when I opted for a cheese burst pizza. Their chicken packet is all bread with no fillings.. The quality of dominos has degraded so much, even the stores are so smelly and dirty especially the serampore branch .just visit it yourself and witness the horrible ambience.

Extremely disappointed with my recent Domino’s order. I placed an order expecting the usual 30-45 minutes delivery, but it took well over 1 hour 35 minutes to arrive, with no proper tracking or communication. The app kept showing misleading status updates, and when I finally received the order, the pizza was cold & barely edible. To make things worse, they didn’t include any oregano or chilli flakes, which is basic and expected with pizza. Customer service was unhelpful - no real help, just standard scripted replies. This kind of carelessness is not acceptable from a brand like Domino’s.

Worst delivery experience, not once but repeated number of times, the delivery person talks to you like they are giving you food for free, and the help option / virtual assistant is useless, they provide to you with the store's number which is always busy. No response from the store. Never pre pay your order, they will treat you like rotten eggs.
