Utterly disgraceful service by Domino’s! I placed an order, paid in full, and was promised a 20-minute delivery. Instead, I was made to wait 1 hour and 25 minutes. When I tried calling the store at 10:45 PM, it was showing as closed and the calls said “service has been stopped.” This is beyond pathetic — it’s pure negligence and recklessness. How can a so-called “leading pizza chain” take full payment, make false promises, and then just disappear when customers try to reach them? I had to starve at night because of this utter incompetence. Domino’s, if you can’t handle basic service, shut the outlet down instead of cheating customers of their time, money, and food. I demand a full refund for this shameful experience and expect compensation for the inconvenience caused. This was my last order from you — never again.

Staff was sitting in the dining area and watching reels. Water leakage from ac. Staff didn't help in moving the table instead asked to somewhere else. The food was good I would rather suggest just take away rather than sitting in a place which do not offer services and on top making noises.
